Work Placement Support

20 hours per week (contract until 31st March 2022)

£19,000 per annum based on a 35 hour week (pro rata).
To provide support to individuals with a disability to enable them to benefit fully from a work placement, including securing suitable work placements, pre-placement training, research and in placement support

This role will involve travel to the work placement of the customer

Essential Criteria
5 GCSE including English A-C + 2 years’ experience advising/supporting
Customers or at supervisory or management level
Or
5 GCSE including English grade A-C + BA or BSC

To provide practical support to customers and support Employability Mentors to achieve best possible outcomes for customers
Essential Criteria
5 GCSE passes grade A-C to include English + One years’ administration experience OR
GCSE English grade A-C+ 3 years’ experience in an administration role

Employability Mentor

Employability Mentor
35 hours per week (contract until 31st March 2022)
28 hours per week (contract until 31st March 2022)
16 hours per week (contract until 31st March 2022)
16 hours per week (maternity cover until 26th October 2018)

£19,000 per annum pro rata.

To provide advice, mentoring and practical support to
customers to enable them to access employment or
training.

Criteria
5 GCSE passes grade A-C to include English + a BA or
BSc degree OR
5 GCSE passes grade A-C to include English + 2 years’
experience in a role which involved supervising staff or
giving advice, mentoring or support to customers, this may
be enhanced for shortlisting.
