Social Engagement Officer Job Description –

The primary function of the role is to engage potential customers to increase participation on our employability programme for 16-24 year old unemployed individuals.

• Develop and implement a social media strategy
• Source and create engaging and innovative content for online platforms
• Organise events/campaigns
• Audit and Analyse social media engagement data
• Utilise a small marketing/engagement budget to achieve best results
• Design promotional material (physical)
• Engaging with customers, potential customers, training providers and employers

About you –

• Competent in the use of social media
• Confident with the use of Microsoft office
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong time management
• Ability to multi task and prioritise
• Must have good attention to detail
• Photographic / Videography skills a bonus
• Creative side with an innovative approach

Applicants should be studying for a BA or BSC degree and be due to complete an industrial placement year

Must be willing and able to commence employment in late June early July 2019

The post is 35 hours per week
