Hi Danielle here, I am leaving the Stakeholder role for another job, this is what I think the role is all about

You will be building and maintaining relations with local business, schools, charities, community organisations and anyone else who can help, like the media, you need to try to get them to give the project some coverage.  You will be researching what other organisations are doing locally and further afield.  SEEDs is a team so you will be working with all of them, but especially the Social Media Engagement Officer to get Job Directions social media message right.  When we are all allowed to do face to face meetings and events you will be attending those and setting up events for Job Directions.

Job Directions is always looking to be innovative in how they help people or how they attract people to come to them, you will get a big say and play a big role in innovation planning and implementation.

The job is interesting, challenging, there is lots to get involved in, you really need to be a people person, there is lots of getting your message across by chatting to people as well as getting your message down on paper

Danielle
