Mentor (Supporting People into Employment)
(Maternity cover until March 2022)
21 hours per week
£11,400 per annum for 21 hours per week
To assist individuals to find work or training by providing them with advice, guidance, mentoring and practical support. To assess customers as individuals and enable them to progress to achievable goals.
Candidates will be required to meet the Essential Criteria detailed below as a minimum in order to proceed to the interview, Job Directions reserves the right to enhance the Essential Criteria for shortlisting purposes.
Enhancement will be based on the number of years worked:
- In a staff management level post
- In a role which involved giving advice, guidance or support to customers
|Essential Have obtained 5 GCSEs at grade A-C including English And have obtained a BA or BSC degree Or Have obtained 5 GCSEs at grade A-C including English And have 2 years’ experience at a supervisory or customer advising role|
